Is collection really free?
Yes, from anywhere we cover. Free whether the car drives onto the truck or has to be winched, and free whether you are five minutes from the yard or twenty.
When do I get paid?
Before the car is loaded. The bank transfer goes out while the driver is stood with you, and Faster Payments normally clear in under a minute.
Do you take cars that are not roadworthy?
That is most of what we take. MOT failures, non-runners, write-offs, cars with no wheels and cars that have not moved for years — all of it.
